Neda Saeedi

In her work, Neda Saeedi explores the interplay of memory, materiality and the narratives inscribed in objects. She is interested in how materials convey historical and cultural stories, and she creates immersive environments in which industrial and natural elements interact with light and the surrounding space. The artist studied classic sculpture with Raffie Davtian in Tehran, before completing her graduate studies in visual art under Prof. Hito Steyerl at the Berlin University of the Arts.
