Luna Ali, born in Syria in 1993, studied cultural studies and aesthetic practice in Hildesheim, literary writing at the German Literature Institute and anthropology at the University of Leipzig. She has worked as an author on productions at the Düsseldorf, Dortmund and Hannover theaters, as well as in Berlin. She lives in Berlin with her five flatmates.
