Inga Krüger, (born 1988 in Iserlohn), loves the moment when something has started but nothing has happened yet. In her performances, she analytically and humorously stages language as a fabric of reality.

Her work has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Förderpreis of the Westfälischer Kunstverein and the travel grant by the state of Northrhine-Westphalia to the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. Most recently her performances have been shown at the Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, Tatort Paderborn and Neuer Aachener Kunstverein. Other selected exhibitions include Wiels Brussels, Emscherkunstweg, Institut de Carton Brussels, Academy of the Arts of the World Cologne, Galerie Fons Welters Amsterdam, One Night Only Gallery Oslo, Kunsthalle Münster, Chert Berlin, true. The Grand Snail Tour will be accompanied by literary, photographic and illustrative artists, who will collect impressions and reflections from the same city at the same time as the Trailer is there and put them into visual or literary form. The result is a paratext on the three-year tour, a travel chronicle in the form of a kaleidoscope of stories, connections and snapshots in the 53 cities of the region, revealing the simultaneities and non-simultaneities of the Grand Snail Tour.
